- Failed Stripe payment → top-up rejected, no charge, retry instantly
- Bank transfer not received within 7 business days → admin notified, can extend window or refund
- eSIM delivery fails (rare — wholesale provider error) → automatic refund to balance, you re-attempt
- Member overspends past cap → purchase blocked client-side; cap can be raised anytime; balance never goes negative
- Member leaves company → owner pauses them; their previous purchases stay associated with the account
