Pricing FAQ

How is "tier" determined?
By the SIZE of the top-up you make, not a subscription. A €50 top-up unlocks Starter features. The next time you top up €600, you get bumped to Pro for that balance period and onwards. Stay in your current tier as long as you want — no seat counts, no monthly billing surprises.
Can I downgrade?
Yes — but the dashboard auto-adjusts based on your most recent top-up. If you top up €100 after a €600 top-up, you stay on Pro until your balance runs out, then start a fresh tier on the next top-up size.
Do you charge a markup on eSIM data?
Same prices as the consumer site (eSIM Ahora). The wholesale-to-retail markup funds operations + support — same as any reseller. No additional B2B markup on top.
What about bank transfer minimums?
Bank transfer billing requires a minimum top-up of €500 (Pro tier). Below that, Stripe is the only path (instant). Spanish bank transfers verify within 1 business day; SEPA EU within 2 business days.

What's a "member"?
A team member is a person with their own login who can buy eSIMs from the shared balance. Owners can invite, suspend, set spend caps, and assign purchases to specific recipients.
