Common questions
Can I assign an eSIM to a client email instead of giving them my account?+
Yes. The owner role can purchase + assign an eSIM directly to any email — the client receives the QR + install link without needing an eSIM Teams login. They never see the team balance or other clients.
How do I bill clients for the connectivity?+
You charge them whatever you like — most agencies up-charge €30-50/trip as a "Connectivity included" line item. The eSIM Teams invoice (Spanish IVA) goes to your agency for accounting; the markup stays with you.
What if the client needs more data mid-trip?+
Top-up is in-app from the same QR. No need to re-issue. If they used the original eSIM through your account, the top-up cost comes from the team balance and shows up in the same invoice.
